My experience with Paramount Properties has been nothing but positive. I found my studio with Spencer's patient help about 10 years ago - and it was just what I wanted! I found Paramount's management of both the property and the tenants to be courteous and prompt - if anything required work, someone was quickly sent to sort it out, and the management team always make sure that you feel welcome and listened to. Moreover, as a tenant, I felt safe with Paramount Properties - they respect the fact that your flat is your home, and respect your privacy. I was upset to have to leave my flat, West Hampstead, and Paramount, and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for properties in NW6.

Overall I had a really good experience with Paramount. All members of the team were very helpful throughout the process - from starting the contract, to being particularly proactive when the contract ended. I dealt with Dexter in the main, and he was consistently friendly and professional. In a year during which I have experienced some quite awful customer service from a number of other companies, I have found that Paramount have been reasonable, very approachable and quick to respond at all times, and a pleasure to deal with. There's a reason they're winning awards.
