Hi Gregor, thank you for your time. We've gathered this one star review is due to an issue with your energy provider having an incorrect tenancy end date. We subscribe to a service called Muuvo whose only purpose is to help our residents set up and close off their utility accounts, and we've double checked our records to ensure we provided the correct date for your move out. We've confirmed we had indeed provided the correct one, so this does appear to be an error somewhere down the line with the energy provider. Frustrating absolutely, but unfortunately out of our control. If there's anything else we can do to help please do let us know, otherwise we wish you all the best in your next chapter!
