James is who we have dealt with the most has always been professional, friendly and extremely responsive to any queries we have had. I would absolutely recommend going through these guys if you are renting, best service i've had from any local estate agency having rented locally for the past7 years. When we are in a position to buy we will absolutely be coming back to Maddisons to work with them on that as I feel they are all genuine, caring and extremely knowledgeable of the local area.
