I would not hesitate using Maddisons Residential again. From the initial meeting to the final sale they were a pleasure to deal with. With a team in place to support you during each phase it made communication easier and the responsive rate was impressive. Our sale process failed to proceed three times due to chains collapsing and whilst I was pulling my hair out, Deborah and the team remained calm; kept telling me to hold my nerve and reassured me along the way. As our sale was linked to our purchase of a new build I needed to ensure we did not miss our exchange deadline. But I shouldn’t have worried as I had the best team on my side and it all went through in the end. I was also reassured as the developer gave me some leeway as they remarked: “if Maddisons are your agent we know it’s all in hand”. Maddisons residential were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I cannot praise them enough. From the day they came to value the property to the day of completion they were profession, friendly, enthusiastic and most importantly efficient. My chain seemed to have some hold ups along the way and without Maddisons I would have been in the dark and loosing patience, but Jane and Milly were constantly updating me and chasing the solicitors. My partner and I contacted Maddisons earlier in 2020 in search for rented accommodation. We spoke to James who went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home, even with the restrictions that came with Covid 19. The team organised a safe, well organised visit the property we were interested in and answered our questions clearly by contacting the landlords. The paperwork was so easy, most of which was online.
