I would not hesitate using Maddisons Residential again. From the initial meeting to the final sale they were a pleasure to deal with. With a team in place to support you during each phase it made communication easier and the responsive rate was impressive. Our sale process failed to proceed three times due to chains collapsing and whilst I was pulling my hair out, Deborah and the team remained calm; kept telling me to hold my nerve and reassured me along the way. As our sale was linked to our purchase of a new build I needed to ensure we did not miss our exchange deadline. But I shouldn’t have worried as I had the best team on my side and it all went through in the end. I was also reassured as the developer gave me some leeway as they remarked: “if Maddisons are your agent we know it’s all in hand”.
