My partner and I contacted Maddisons earlier in 2020 in search for rented accommodation. We spoke to James who went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home, even with the restrictions that came with Covid 19. The team organised a safe, well organised visit the property we were interested in and answered our questions clearly by contacting the landlords. The paperwork was so easy, most of which was online. The company were quick to do their background checks and draw contracts. Since living in our home Maddisons have been in contact to check all is well. Probably one of the best Estate Agents we have used. They never dropped the ball even through this pandemic! Louize and especially Deborah did a great job in getting us to the point of exchange. I found the weekly updates from Louize especially useful to see where we were all at in the moving process. Calls were returned quickly also and any questions via email responded to. They have been sympathetic, understanding and patient throughout, yet still remaining professional even when at times it became frustrating for all, so we thank you!
