Use Maddison’s ! Seriously . They are clearly far and away the best agents in the TW area . We had a very tricky house to sell . It was old , attached and had problems with the survey . We initially worked with one of the ‘traditional ‘ old agents in TW who were hopeless . After 9 months we switched to Maddison’s and couldn’t have been more impressed by the service we received . Although two transactions fell through due to the survey , they remained calm and attentive throughout and helped us come up with a plan that eventually allowed us to sell the house . Good people , super professional and without a trace of the complacency that you can find with other agents .
