I would not normally leave 5 star reviews but it's difficult to find fault with the team at Maddisions. The. response time to the initial enquiry was outstanding and for me showed a local company who wanted your business and played to their strengths Vs national estate agent brands , whose structure is to contact you via a centralised appointment booking team 24hrs + later. The suggested going to market strategy was clear and marketed the property immediately rather than suggestions of testing the water that other agents presented and the subsequent presentation of the property video tour were excellent. Advice on how to dress the house , organising block viewings all happened seamlessly . At some key points of the sale progression negotiation. between buyer and seller was guided expertly and to top it off a lovely team of people to deal with. Thanks for the help and in this case local seems best!
