We went with Maddisons because of their professional approach, high levels organisation and diligence to the period between accepting a bid and exchange. We were well advised on how to dress the house for the photos, videos and viewings. The marketing material was excellent and they condensed the viewings into a couple of days, soon after launch, so very convenient. There were a couple of wobbles during the post-bid peroid, but Deborah was excellent and very diplomatic and adept in resolving these. Sale of Tunbridge Wells home

I would not normally leave 5 star reviews but it's difficult to find fault with the team at Maddisions. The. response time to the initial enquiry was outstanding and for me showed a local company who wanted your business and played to their strengths Vs national estate agent brands , whose structure is to contact you via a centralised appointment booking team 24hrs + later. The suggested going to market strategy was clear and marketed the property immediately rather than suggestions of testing the water that other agents presented and the subsequent presentation of the property video tour were excellent. Advice on how to dress the house , organising block viewings all happened seamlessly . At some key points of the sale progression negotiation. between buyer and seller was guided expertly and to top it off a lovely team of people to deal with. Thanks for the help and in this case local seems best!

If you are looking for a professional, efficient, knowledgeable, hardworking and caring estate agent then look no further. From start to finish the attention to detail is second to none. Each member of staff has their own role within the company, therefore, at each stage the process is seamless and handled with complete competence. You are never kept in the dark with weekly updates as a minimum. My recent purchase I can honestly say without Jane (sales support manager) and Deborah's (owner) expertise the sale/chain would have collapsed. They managed to negotiate an agreement between all parties (there were several!) that we never thought was possible. We are now in our dream property.
