We are early in the stages of the moving process and booked an appointment to speak with Amanda, who is extremely knowledgeable regarding the development. She went through the site plans and gave detailed advice. Amanda is very personable and helped us with every question which we had. Thank you.
Reply from Butlers Estate Agency: Hi Richard, thanks so much for taking the time to leave this review after your experience with Amanda at our Churchlands development, she will be thrilled to hear such great feedback. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if there's anything we can help with in the meantime. Best wishes, Andrew
I dealt with Tom for my flat in Sutton and couldn’t recommend him and the team highly enough. Not your typical hard sell estate agents which is just what I was looking for. Super helpful and honest throughout and I will certainly be going back for any future needs. Highly recommended!
I received excellent assistance from the agents and felt completely safe asking for help. I’m truly grateful for everyone’s support, especially Tom, who kept me well informed throughout the process and assisted me every step of the way.
Excellent experience, brilliant team, my house was sold for almost the asking price within 10 days of being placed with Butlers. Every step of the way you are kept informed . Thank you Dom, Joanne, Hayley and team
Have finally exchanged on our property. A huge thank you to the team at Butlers especially Joanna. Who kept us informed every step of the way. Highly recommend anyone thinking of selling their property to contact Butlers
First rate service from Butlers on my recent property sale. The whole team were fantastic and were always on top of the entirety of the chain whilst other agents seemed somewhat clueless in comparison. Would not hesitate to recommend and use for any future sales.
Dom, Hayleigh and the team were just brilliant. Very professional from first contact to completion! Hayleigh helped overcome a good few obstacles and made the whole process so much easier/stress free. I can highly recommend Butler's as they were exceptional!
Excellent service. Kept me fully updated throughout our sale. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Quick and efficient staff that genuinely care. 5*
About Butlers Estate Agency
Butler’s was founded in 2020 with a simple vision, to make sure that the lives and well-being of our customers was made better through great service, that made the process of moving home seamless and enjoyable. After all, changing where you live can be one of the most exciting and important events in someone’s life, that should be a pleasurable experience - and certainly not one to dread!
Where we start is through honesty and transparency. We believe that this approach to estate agency achieves the best outcome for all, but can only be realised with a team that have the same ethics and principles, something that you will find through all of your interactions with us, that we back up in our six promises to you. Some call it the way service used to be.
Because we don’t try to take on every home going, we’re able to focus on each client a bit more, taking the time to listen to your needs and aspirations whether renting or selling – and then provide the sort of service we’d want ourselves.
So we hope that we can help you move in and around Sutton, we’d really like to.
