The team at Butlers have been wonderful. We ended up selling our house during a very challenging period for the economy and the housing market. There was a lot of uncertainty and we needed expert estate agents we could rely on to find the right buyers and keep everything on track. The team at Butlers were proactive, communicative and reassuring throughout and we really appreciate their candid advice, as well as their tenacity and their ‘can-do’ attitudes which never veers into pushiness or arrogance. Through the process of selling our house, we got to know the team and they’re not just good at their jobs, they’re good people. We’re glad we sold through Butlers and would recommend them.

I bought a property that was marketed by Butlers and they certainly stood out from all the other estate agents / bigger high street names that I’ve come across. Dom, Hayleigh and team were extremely warm and friendly throughout and marketed the property very well for their seller - they ensured the relevant documents and anticipated questions were prepared upfront which made it possible for us to make an offer and proceed through the survey stage at pace. Butlers were essential in getting us to the exchange stage at speed - they were a god-send in chasing solicitors and mortgage brokers on both sides to keep the process moving for the seller and I, who both needed to complete in a short time frame. There were also a couple of curve-balls in this transaction and Dom in particular did an excellent job to pivot and respond to those issues to keep us on track. I would certainly turn to Butlers if I have a property I need to market - they brought a friendly helping hand and an organized diligent attitude to what could have been a much more stressful and prolonged process!
