I haven't had to chase at all with Hannah she has been on the ball and kept me up to date with everything. The best compliment I could pay to Butler’s Estate Agency is to tell you that they have reinstated my faith in this industry. If you are looking for a professional, polished, honest , trustworthy team to support you through the general trauma of house buying and selling , then I could not recommend them highly enough. We had over 2 years of moving between Highstreet and online high-profile agents that only amounted to failed chains, false hope and a lot of stress and cost whilst the market became even more challenging. I transferred to Butlers through recommendation and never looked back. They really understand how this industry operates and use their wealth of experience to excellent effect and after 2 years of wrangling with the local highwaymen, we completed just before Christmas in just over 3 months with Butlers. Gone are the days of local knowledge is king, Butlers are in a different county to our location but their marketing approach and skills and personal approach are in a different league to the local agents. Dom and his team are amazing! Nothing was too much answering all questions as it was our first ever purchase. We was previously messed around and told false bids with other estate agents trying buy our first home it made us very skeptical of all estate agents and uneasy with the buying process. However, when we met Dom on a viewing we felt at ease he was so lovely and not trying to force a sale he was so kind and let us make the decision in our own time. I bought a property that was marketed by Butlers and they certainly stood out from all the other estate agents / bigger high street names that I’ve come across. Dom, Hayleigh and team were extremely warm and friendly throughout and marketed the property very well for their seller - they ensured the relevant documents and anticipated questions were prepared upfront which made it possible for us to make an offer and proceed through the survey stage at pace. Butlers were essential in getting us to the exchange stage at speed - they were a god-send in chasing solicitors and mortgage brokers on both sides to keep the process moving for the seller and I, who both needed to complete in a short time frame. There were also a couple of curve-balls in this transaction and Dom in particular did an excellent job to pivot and respond to those issues to keep us on track. I would certainly turn to Butlers if I have a property I need to market - they brought a friendly helping hand and an organized diligent attitude to what could have been a much more stressful and prolonged process!
