Dominic, Joanna, Hayleigh and the sales team at Butler's are the best I have worked with during the process of selling my property in SM2 this year. Knowledgeable, smart, friendly, clear and straight communicators, I would HIGHLY recommend them and definitely use them in the future. Excellent service. Thanks Butler's!

I have been using Giraffe360 for the better half of this year. First, the user friendliness and simplicity of the camera and the sharpness in quality from the scans and still photos is top notch! Secondly, Giraffe360 has the nicest employees!! From the beginning of my experience of getting a 1:1 tutorial, to using their "Help icon" and email Help Center, their time response has always been within an hour. Furthermore, when speaking to anyone on the technical side of this product, I feel heard, valued and respected. I love using this product and sharing my experience with anyone willing to listen. Lastly, I see this platform being used for various industries as the quality is superb and the product can't be beat.
Having used many different media options within our estate agency, Giraffe 360 is by far and away the best solution we have found. Fantastic quality photography / floorplans / virtual tours, it's clear and simple to use and support staff who are willing to go the extra mile for their clients. Highly recommend.. just not to our competitors!
Having been a client of Giraffe 360 for a number of years, I cannot fault the aftercare and service levels provided by Freddie and most recently in their customer service dept Dan, he is very pro active in dealing with any enquiries and …
We have been using Giraffe for many years now and it is so easy to use, efficient and very quick! This is a must for us as we are a fast pace office so getting these back in a timely manner is essential. Harringtons Lettings highly recommend!
We have been using Giraffe360 for around two years, we have never had a problem with them and they always are happy to help. The photos, floor plan and virtual tours are of great quality. The team are friendly and are always happy to help in any way. We would highly recommend them.

About Butlers Estate Agency
Butler’s was founded in 2020 with a simple vision, to make sure that the lives and well-being of our customers was made better through great service, that made the process of moving home seamless and enjoyable. After all, changing where you live can be one of the most exciting and important events in someone’s life, that should be a pleasurable experience - and certainly not one to dread! Where we start is through honesty and transparency. We believe that this approach to estate agency achieves the best outcome for all, but can only be realised with a team that have the same ethics and principles, something that you will find through all of your interactions with us, that we back up in our six promises to you. Some call it the way service used to be. Because we don’t try to take on every home going, we’re able to focus on each client a bit more, taking the time to listen to your needs and aspirations whether renting or selling – and then provide the sort of service we’d want ourselves. So we hope that we can help you move in and around Sutton, we’d really like to.
