We bought through Butlers and the process from initial viewings, progressing the sale, through to exchange and completion was smooth. All queries were answered promptly and calls returned as promised. This agency are so much better than some of the local 'bigger' agencies i've encountered in the past. This being our first home purchase in the UK, we've encountered a hiccup in the property chain, which seems to be a common occurrence. I'd like to express my gratitude to Butler’s team, especially to Joanna, for her efforts in resolving problems and for her work in aligning people within the chain, which allowed us to complete the process before the end of our existing rental contract. Despite the exhaustive nature of the process, we find warmth, ease, and comfort in communicating with Joanna, as well as in receiving her weekly updates over the past few months.

Great service from Butlers. Dom came out to value our property the day we called and it was on the market within the week. Hannah has done a superb job at pushing our house sale through and kept us constantly updated on our buyers' progress. All the team are friendly and helpful and a delight to deal with.
