This being our first home purchase in the UK, we've encountered a hiccup in the property chain, which seems to be a common occurrence. I'd like to express my gratitude to Butler’s team, especially to Joanna, for her efforts in resolving problems and for her work in aligning people within the chain, which allowed us to complete the process before the end of our existing rental contract. Despite the exhaustive nature of the process, we find warmth, ease, and comfort in communicating with Joanna, as well as in receiving her weekly updates over the past few months.

I urgently needed to rent a property due to personal reasons, and Tom has been incredibly helpful, efficient, and reliable throughout the entire process. He confirmed the offer on Saturday, and thanks to his dedication, we're able to move in the coming Wednesday, which is in 2-3 working days only. We cannot thank Dom and the team at Butler's enough. It seems like such an understatement on how grateful we feel for their support through our sale and onward purchase in a difficult environment.
