We had been recommended Butlers from a neighbour who had been let down by their previous estate agents. Even tho we had that recommendation we still had 2 other estate agents come round to do a valuation. Dominic came round and did the valuation for Butlers. The whole meeting went well and it was an easy decision to choose them. They organised everything we needed to be done and came and did the viewings themselves as the house was empty. Hayleigh was the ‘day to day’ contact and she was very helpful and a pleasure to liaise with. She would regularly chase both solicitors when things slowed down at times. At no point in the process did we feel unhappy. The house sale completed last week.

Highly recommend. We’ve dealt with a lot of Agents but Butlers are the best by far! Very impressed. Hannah was amazing. Nothing was to much trouble always went the extra mile and fantastic service. I wish they did lettings too.
