The Giraffe 360 camera system is amazing! I’ve been using the camera for nearly a year. The camera is easy to use and produces stunning results. Their customer service and tech support is the BEST I’ve ever experienced and shows me they are serious about their business and reputation. I recently had a technical glitch with my camera. Within 20 minutes of notifying them, they started remote diagnostics. The issue could not be resolved so they immediately expedited a replacement camera. We recently sold our flat in Jan-25 through Butlers, the team were attentive and really helpful through the process, following up with the buyer and ourselves to help keep on top of the sale.
