What can I say that hasn't already been said. The most professional estate agent ever. No problem is too difficult for Dominic and his team. Always kept informed throughout the sales process. Would very highly recommend Butlers. Got good feeling the minute I walked in. They were professional about the information they took on the property I was selling, asking all the important questions, unlike some of the other more established estate agents, who seemed to just be going through the motions. They organised viewing and got back to me with a valuation within a day. Dominic then explained their way of approach and business practices which gave me great confidence that I would get a good service from them. After deciding to go with them to sell my flat they quickly organised getting photos and video done and preparing the sales particulars. I was kept well informed about viewings, and Dominic was great at handling the offers we had from interested parties and in helping to get a price for us at the top end of expectations. He then kept us well informed as he liaised with the solicitors. As I said would very highly recommend.

So after deciding to sell my property, I was contacted by Dom at Butlers. I have to say, even from our initial contact, he was polite, straight talking, and clearly a very good Salesman, but most importantly, I could see a very good and professional Estate Agent. I have nothing but praise for him and his staff. I was kept informed and up to date at all times. The fact a large local high street Agent was not able to secure a sale after some 1800 online viewings, means to me, the Marketing and indeed whole selling experience at Butlers has proved very beneficial. Local agents have many offices and franchises, which need funding and management. And you pay for it.... I will never again go to a mainline on the street Estate Agent. Dom and his team are amazing! Nothing was too much answering all questions as it was our first ever purchase. We was previously messed around and told false bids with other estate agents trying buy our first home it made us very skeptical of all estate agents and uneasy with the buying process.
