Dom, Hayleigh and team were extremely warm and friendly throughout and marketed the property very well for their seller - they ensured the relevant documents and anticipated questions were prepared upfront which made it possible for us to make an offer and proceed through the survey stage at pace. Butlers were essential in getting us to the exchange stage at speed - they were a god-send in chasing solicitors and mortgage brokers on both sides to keep the process moving for the seller and I, who both needed to complete in a short time frame. There were also a couple of curve-balls in this transaction and Dom in particular did an excellent job to pivot and respond to those issues to keep us on track. I would certainly turn to Butlers if I have a property I need to market - they brought a friendly helping hand and an organized diligent attitude to what could have been a much more stressful and prolonged process!
