Butlers Estate Agency

The Giraffe 360 camera system is amazing! I’ve been using the camera for nearly a year. The camera is easy to use and produces stunning results. Their customer service and tech support is the BEST I’ve ever experienced and shows me they are serious about their business and reputation. I recently had a technical glitch with my camera. Within 20 minutes of notifying them, they started remote diagnostics. The issue could not be resolved so they immediately expedited a replacement camera. I’m extremely satisfied and experienced no down time in my business. Thank you Giraffe 360!!

I 100% recommend this fantastic piece of equipment for any agent that is looking to upgrade their marketing. The photos are super and the the floorplan and walk round video are hugely helpful for tenants, they see the whole property prior to viewing in person. We get lots of compliments from Landlords and tenants. The camera is also super easy to use. The customer service is brilliant from Giraffe too, friendly and helpful. One very happy customer!!

Thank you for reaching out! I’d be happy to share our experience with the Giraffe360. As an engineering firm, our time is valuable, and this camera has been a game-changer for us. It has saved us 3–4 hours in a single client’s house by eliminating the need for manual measurements of every room, window, and door. First and foremost, the Giraffe360 is incredibly easy to use. Training new team members has been seamless, thanks to the thorough and user-friendly training provided by Giraffe360. Beyond its ease of use, the ability to conduct a virtual walkthrough and revisit project sites remotely has been invaluable. Whether checking how beams connect, verifying layouts, or confirming measurements, this feature alone has revolutionized our workflow. Our drafters especially appreciate the automatically generated floor plans with precise dimensions—it’s a dream come true for them. The overnight delivery of all captured data is another huge time-saver, helping us streamline our process, shorten project timelines, and improve accuracy for our team. Simply put, the Giraffe360 has been one of the best investments we’ve made! Please extend our appreciation and gratitude to the entire Giraffe360 team—we truly value this incredible tool!

Butlers are very professional and friendly. They put the effort in unlike all the other estate agents I have tried in Sutton as a landlord.

I can thoroughly recommend Butler’s Estate Agents. I think Estate agents generally get a very bad press but I have to say Butler’s were absolutely brilliant. All of their staff were incredibly helpful. They were very friendly and professional. They kept me fully informed of the progress of my sale over the phone, by email and via a dedicated web portal. They gave me a realistic valuation of my property and their marketing was enthusiastic and vigorous. I am very happy with the sale price they achieved and the speed and efficiency of the entire selling process. If you’re in any doubt about which Estate Agent to choose - go with Butler’s!
