I couldn't recommend Butlers highly enough. I had 2 agencies trying to sell my property over a 6 month period - and had 4 offers drop out along the way. I was pretty much losing the will to live - until I met Dom. I was instantly sold. He's not just thorough and extremely knowledgeable, but he really does care too and this shows in everything the company do. Needless to say, 1st week of being on the market with Butlers - I'd sold my house. All managed seamlessly and was a completely different experience to before. They managed to achieve in 1 week what 2 agencies tried to achieve in months. I honestly couldn't recommend Butlers highly enough :)

Recently, as I am actively looking to buy a new property I got in touch with many estate agents and I can confidently say that I have received the best customer service by Butlers. They arranged the viewing to suit my time as I finish work late. I was helped by Hayleigh, on the day of viewing she was there before me she greeted me with a big smile and showed me around the property she was well prepared and gave me all the information that I needed. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured in any way through out the process. A day later she got in touch with me again to get feedback and respected my decision of not going ahead with that specific property. What a find…………….. The team at Butler’s After 22 years in my house, it was time to downsize. I viewed a property marketed by Butler’s even though my house was not on the market. I offered, it was accepted and then I panicked. My daughter was getting married in two weeks in Tenerife how was I going to put the house on the market, have photographs taken, accept viewings etc…, etc…, THE STRESS!! There was no STRESS. Dominic, Hayleigh & Hannah took care of everything. Dominic came to value my house and arranged a photographer for the same day. He was upfront and transparent in managing my expectations regarding the sale. They had an open day whilst I was in Tenerife and the house sold. They kept me informed every step of the way. You also have an online portal so you can view how the sale & purchase are progressing. They call at least once a week to give you an overview of what is happening and always pick up the phone if you call them. They are personable, professional and they really care about their Clients. They have shown real integrity all the way through and I cannot thank them ALL enough. We are a few weeks away from completion and I will honestly be disappointed not to be speaking to them anymore. I would highly recommend Butler’s, they certainly live up to their strapline “thoughtful estate agents”. Would very highly recommend Butlers. Got good feeling the minute I walked in. They were professional about the information they took on the property I was selling, asking all the important questions, unlike some of the other more established estate agents, who seemed to just be going through the motions. They organised viewing and got back to me with a valuation within a day. Dominic then explained their way of approach and business practices which gave me great confidence that I would get a good service from them. After deciding to go with them to sell my flat they quickly organised getting photos and video done and preparing the sales particulars. I was kept well informed about viewings, and Dominic was great at handling the offers we had from interested parties and in helping to get a price for us at the top end of expectations. He then kept us well informed as he liaised with the solicitors. As I said would very highly recommend.
