I cannot recommend Butler’s enough. They are brilliant! We had a long and at some points difficult process and the team at Butler’s were amazing throughout. We chose Butler’s to sell our flat because we got a really good feel from them straightaway. Dom came over to see the flat and spent a lot of time getting to know us and the property. We were impressed with his knowledge of the local area, the business and his genuine care for his clients. We knew our property would be in good hands and we weren’t disappointed. We were impressed with the marketing and the strategy put forward and soon began to get lots of viewings. Hayleigh handled most of our viewings and was brilliant at keeping us updated and chasing for feedback from potential buyers. Once we had accepted an offer, we worked with Joanna. She has been exceptional during this process. We actually don’t think we would have got through it without her! She spoke to us daily, even on her day off, and offered advice, knowledge and a friendly ear when things got stressful. She went above and beyond what was required and should definitely add solicitor and therapist to her cv! We would have been lost without her and she made the whole process a lot easier. We cannot thank her enough. Choosing Butler’s was the best decision we made.
