We are very grateful to the team at Butler's for their help and support in selling our flat. After our first buyer dropped out unexpectedly, we were stressed and panicking about next steps. The team kept us calm, found a new buyer, and were excellent at communicating with us throughout a stressful conveyancing process! Thank you in particular to Joanna, Hannah and Hayleigh who were all so kind and great to work with. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone in Sutton x

We had an excellent experience with Butler’s throughout our sale. Hannah and the whole team were incredibly supportive, always available, and kept us updated at every stage of the process. Their communication was fast, clear, and very professional, which really helped to reduce the stress of moving. I’m very grateful for their hard work and dedication — highly recommended to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

I met Chloe, a fantastic agent who was extremely considerate and consistently solution-focused. I really appreciated her honesty. I also worked with Tom while tenanting a property, and both of them took a genuinely relational approach. It was a breath of fresh air compared to my experiences with other agents. I would certainly recommend them.

I’ve had a brilliant experience with Giraffe360. The team has been incredibly helpful from start to finish — nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been patient, kind, and genuinely keen to make sure everything ran smoothly. The quality of their work is fantastic, and the level of support they offer really sets them apart. It’s rare to find a company that’s both professional and genuinely friendly, but Giraffe360 absolutely nails it. Highly recommend!
