I recently sold a property through Butler's in 2024. They were professional throughout and would strongly recommend them rather than the bigger named firms operating in the area. Ours wasn't a straightforward sale (due to the questionable working practices of the buyer's conveyancer) and this is where a good estate agent is worth their fee: Hayleigh from Butler's did a fantastic job of keeping everything on track.
