I've now tried three times to leave my review. Anything remotely negative apparently breeches their polices. Clearly a supplier / retailer funded site and the reviews aren't worth the digital paper they're written on. My last attempt was removed because I described the quality as 'questionable' because my product (A/C unit costing £400) was delivered faulty. Facts its seems, are inconvenient and against policy.

The staff I dealt with were generally welcoming and friendly. My issue with this estate agent is their shocking referencing process. First of all the referencing process itself was literally a conversation with an AI bot on some website. I never even spoke with a real person from their so called ‘referencing team’. This AI bot they have doing their referencing checks found that my partners mum had a CCJ from six years ago (when my partner was a mere seventeen year old boy). As far as I know this should not affect us because the ccj was related to my partners mum- who would not have any part in renting the property! Following this they, *without checking with us*, immediately offered the flat we had applied for to somebody else and kept our holding deposit ‘as a forfeit for providing misleading information’ (which we didn’t even do). Yay! To my understanding you do not need to disclose that you have adverse credit just because a family member *who is not applying to rent the property* has adverse credit. Let me reiterate this ccj had nothing to do with us. We think it flagged up because it’s related to his current address as he currently lives with his mum. All they had to do was call us first and say ‘are you aware you have a ccj from 2019?’ Before offering the flat to somebody else. We could have got to the bottom of it pretty quickly. But never mind. Anyway it’s a shame because the people we dealt with up until this point were totally fine. They just need an actual referencing team (and if they do have one they need one that actually does their job) and I think it would be good practice for them to double check before offering your property to somebody else based on poorly checked information.

I was invited to leave a review for a retailer automatically by Feefo, based on a service appointment I'd booked. My experience was poor, as the retailer in question couldn't provide the service at the appointment and has subsequently booked in a new appointment. I left feedback to this effect via Feefo, only for them to reject the review as I haven't received the product I'm reviewing. I'd say the fact I've not received the service in the first place, is a completely valid thing to review. It feels like Feefo is biased towards supporting the retailers and not honest customer reviews or feedback.

Biased and unreliable review platform Feefo asked me to submit reviews because 2 suppliers I’d purchased from had passed my data to them without my consent. The first review was rejected by Feefo. The second was edited and partially published. a) The reviews cannot be relied upon to be an accurate reflection of events. b) There has to be an invitation arising from a purchase to make a review. Therefore, no subsequent customer service reviews allowed. c) What happened to free speech?

A shocking experience from start to finish. The agency failed to book me for the initial property viewing, which I only discovered after I took the initiative to follow up myself—just before a planned three-hour drive. They were unresponsive again when I expressed interest in moving forward with the application, requiring yet another follow-up from me. Finally, they neglected to inform me that the landlord had chosen another applicant. Once more, I had to reach out, only to receive a dismissive three-second phone call with no explanation as to why my application was unsuccessful. This agency's lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, and it’s clear they’re taking advantage of the housing shortage in this country. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone expecting even basic professionalism.

PLEASE READ ITS IMPORTANT! I had a call from swoop funding to apply for a loan.. on the interest based of 1.8%… and they applied for terminals from world pay and lure you into world pays system which you’re not aware off.. which puts you on a debt of every month on £96. (World pay is a card machine company) It’s such a shame they don’t even respond to your what’s app messages etc.. or call back once the application is done from their side.. it took me since October to March (6 months) to sort this matter out with world pay.. they have done it to a friend of ours to.. please be aware… the reviews are a COMPLETE LIE… They’re made by their own staff.. no one can give you a loan on the rate of 1.8% and who wants a terminal to apply for a loan.. this is a SCAM.. fortunately World pay told me they have been going through so much hassle to sort this issues out.. the person who scammed me was Ibrahim and Zara. Please be careful… this is a hoax.

THIEVES! Without doubt the worst financial services company we have ever dealt with ! Silverlink Newcastle office tell blatant lies , change figures on forms , send data protected information to incorrect email addresses, change dates on FCA regulated paperwork, they even changed the rates after signed dated agreement in place . Take my advice, don’t trust swoop finance as a broker and avoid Investec Asset Finance or be prepared to be not only lied to but also have additional charges added without consent or signed contract or even notification, tried complaining to the local office but they are either incapable or unwilling to help (although they’ll tell you different when you speak to them, yep more lies!) legal action awaits Update! After the above review I have been contacted via email and asked to remove my genuine true account of my experience so far , Swoop claim they have had a verbal agreement with Acquis and Investec that a refund will be processed after admitting there are no grounds for the over charges Swoop set up our agreement through a company called Investec asset finance . Investec asset finance illegally set up a third party insurance policy that I was not made aware of , indeed , I have no proof such a policy even exists as I’ve been provided no documentation, I gave no authorisation for any of it and knew nothing about until they changed my direct debit amount and only when we questioned it were we given an invoice and told what the amount was for , they say they are currently processing my refund (this response has only happened after I made my experience public ) for the 3 months of payments they have taken yet still nothing received as yet. The agreement set up through a broker called Swoop Finance, they are the worst fca regulated business I have ever dealt with. The unnecessary and unauthorised policy they claim to have set up is through one of their partner company’s Acquis uk. They decided between them that it was acceptable to charge me over £8600.00 for an additional insurance when I already had adequate cover and proof was provided. Thieves and rip off merchants , legal action now pending.

Strange company, wrote a review on a Halfords product which Feefo declined to review saying I had used the wrong box.With this comment was an email contact with Feefo customer services address, which I used to contact them. The result was a failure to deliver response from Feefo, your message has been blocked. Just what are Feefo trying to achieve, they are just wasting my time
