Tom is an excellent letting agent. He has arranged 4 tenancies for our 2 rental properties over the last few years. Excellent communication, reliable and handles everything for us when we are seeking new tenants. He is also great at providing advice when required and ensures that the interests of both tenant and landlord are looked after. He has sourced excellent tenants for us which is particularly important as our tenants are also our neighbours. I would recommend him to anyone in our area looking for a great letting agent.
