Fantastic service from start to finsh from the Bournville branch. They made the process so smooth and stress free. Rachel completed the initial valuation and through her knowledge and expertise helped us to agree on an asking price that was fair. The service from Robert Oulsnam in Bournville was little short of excellent. Our main contact at this branch was Becky Price, from showing us round the property right through to the completion day. Becky was always right up to date with how things were progressing, extremely courteous and above all displayed enormous amounts of patience, as it wasn’t an easy ride! If she was on holiday, her colleagues were always well aware of progress on the purchase and were also polite and thoughtful. I can absolutely recommend them.
