Wasn’t a great experience at all, from the get go Abbi Watson tried pressuring me into making a decision and asking me to go against legal advice despite advising we wouldn’t be proceeding without a Dead of Variation to protect myself on the biggest financial decision of my life, contacted me on numerous occasions saying “don’t listen to your dad or sister an indemnity covers all basis’” when advising we wouldn’t be purchasing the property she replied in a very hostile manner. Wouldn’t advise dealing with her if you can, I understand the commission on a sale but no thought about customer experience at all!
- I am absolutely furious with Feefo and how they handle customer reviews. This happened after my experience at the Currys store in Wembley Park (Stadium Retail Park, HA9 8TS), where I had very poor service and was repeatedly ignored when asking for help while buying two phones. - I submitted a completely honest review about what happened, but Feefo rejected it with vague excuses like “litigious or safety comments” and “wrong section.” There was nothing unlawful in my review—I was simply sharing my real experience as a customer. - Instead of allowing transparency, Feefo seems to be blocking negative feedback and protecting companies. This completely defeats the purpose of a review platform. Customers should be able to share their genuine experiences without being censored. - If reviews like mine are rejected, how can anyone trust the ratings on this platform? It raises serious concerns about fairness and credibility. - Very disappointing and frustrating. I would not trust Feefo as a reliable review platform.
Left a review about my bad e bike experience with Halfords in 4 or 5 Feefo sections it asked me to fill out then only posted 1 section and not the other really negative 3 sections I submitted. I was not writing anything offensive or personal , just a 1 star review explaining the issues I had with the bike. Feefo have asked me to take time out of my day for no benefit for me then decided which parts they liked and which parts it didn’t so essentially editing peoples reviews to suit themselves or customers. Will never believe a Feefo review again.
Worst experience of my life. Clayton van wyk speaks to you if he knows you and cannot provide even a credit report when he declines your loan. Even when they claim they can help you improve your credit rating. Almost a month after he declines me, the dashboard still show my application is being reviewed. This is a scam.
Completely dishonest! Don't trust them with a butter knife!!
Just adding my name to the seemingly endless list of people who have had negative but honest reviews rejected.
This vanity award company illegally sends spam emails to my personal email address in contravention of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. The awards they are offering are meaningless and you should avoid any company that tries to big up its reputation by claiming they have won one.
Same as trust pilot they hook bad reviews for premium paying clients , they are the antithesis of why they claim to be and this should be illegal
Unless. Dont bother with them. We have more then enough collateral to cover what we asking for and they are refusing to help us. Waste of time.
