I had a bad experience with a travel company and when I submitted a review that was reflective of my experience, it was not published due to "False Content". This was absolute rubbish. I spent close to $9,000 USD on a trip to Peru and the travel company did not live up to expectations. I most definitely did NOT express anything that was false. This company is definitely not "Independent".

Left an honest review regarding a holiday property booked via cottages.com Review blocked as deemed “malicious” I t was only a fair review and nothing offensive! Waste of time!

I submitted an entirely fair, honest and truthful review detailing my negative experience with a car dealer. After a lengthy engagement with Feefo, my review has seemingly been blocked from being published for reasons that don't make sense to me.

No longer trustworthy, will rather go with Trustpilot. Have just discovered that Feefo allow companies to manipulate their reviews! So much for 'unlocking' the value hidden in the voice of your customer. Feefo Case number: 31584981888

Was asked by Feefo to provide feedback from recent Bristol airport parking experience. Had my review rejected by moderators. I was respectfully honest about price hike (over 100% on less than a year) and water leaking all over my car. Do not trust their reviews for biased filtering in favour of the provider not the consumer.

Rubbish I was asked to review a vacuum cleaner which I reviewed honestly: twice faulty and returned and refund given. Feefo manipulated my review and acore then said that they couldn't publish!

I've bought, built and sold properties every year for the last ten. We have a beautifully renovated house to sell in Whitley Lodge, with a substantial plot of land attached. After multiple calls, and no response to emails I'll take my business elsewhere. If 0 stars was an option I would have given it. For anyone selling a property over £350k, please look at the reviews/ratings before signing up with this company.
