Worst chain of estate agents I have ever used . Would be zero stars if the option was available. Use mcfarlane's . I bought my new house through mcfarlane's, in swindon. They were absolutely flawless, above and beyond, brilliant service. Honestly cant praise them enough

How to ruin my business ! Autotrader use Feefo and let anyone write what they want without any proof of what they are saying. I challenged the review and spoke with the customer who left the review who apologised as he had a knee jerk reaction to an issue not realising what had been done behind the scenes by us to rectify it. So he then wanted to remove the review and Feefo will not allow this. Incorrect information by reviewer damaging my reputation, yet Feefo do nothing !! And it was not about a van I had sold but about his part exchange that did not run !! I was trying to help him out by getting it running. Ridiculous

This is the dumbest idea ever, How can a company providing a service/product also be the only one that can "invite" customers to review? That creates an incentive for the business to only invite customers who they know had a good experience, worse yet, what if they invite people who were not even customers themselves, creating the opposite problem, moreover, a business is much more incentivised to create a fake review, than a random person who had not had any interaction to then just go create a fake review. This idea is proper stupid.

Received an automated message that my review was "partially" published, in fact it was not published at all. When contacted them, they replied that 'AI had moderated the review, due to the word service being used in the text' and "released my review". That meant that they had only released the star review and no text/description. When contacted again with the screenshot and asking what exactly means "word service being used" 7 days passed, and I didn't receive any explanation or restoration of my review. After looking into other "reviews" published by feefo and reviews done feefo, my understanding is that they intentionally do not publish negative reviews and must have contracts with specific companies to do so. (P.S. My review was in Greek language. Other reviews in Greek were featured as I verified, but all of them were only positive or just included the name of the product). Feefo is an imposter platform.

If they treat their tenants the way they treat their prospective tenants then we’ve dodged a bullet. Lied to me on the phone and then never called us back. Previously offered callbacks never upheld. Shockingly ran, and from speaking to other people in the Whitley Bay area they’ve had similar experiences. Steer clear.

I can’t agree with the reviews here. We have enquired about a property and submitted a form but had absolutely no response. If I was a homeowner I would probably use an agent that is more motivated to sell or let my house.

Feefo can’t be trusted, the will not remove our only negative review which is referring to a van we apparently sold, Although we don’t sell vans. How can a review site be repeatable when they publish fake reviews even after proof it’s fake.

Feefo asked for a review after a Next purchase, so I provided one. Got an email back to say their moderation team thought parts of review were irrelevant. If you don't want a review, don't ask for one ... but don't mail people to advise you …

The worst people out there. Please stay away from renting from this people or get involved anyway. I am now waiting for my deposit for rent for almost one month. They are lazy and very rude closing the phone on clients if they are asked to do something to help. Landlord asked them to pay my deposit but they are failing to do so. 22 days now from when I left the rented property and money stil not returned.
