Hi Mudita, We are very sorry to hear about this situation and we can understand why you are disappointed. Your offer was accepted subject to contract and subject to the vendor moving out. All our communications confirmed this and we moved ahead knowing the vendor was buying another property. However, we could not have anticipated the vendor changing his mind and ultimately deciding to not move. Unfortunately this is the problem with the buying and selling process in this country; everyone is at risk of incurring cost if the deal does not go through.
