hi i just want to address this problem visibly so that i can save others from further inconveniences. This agency and the staff are foul players, they purposely trap you with finances and time consumption. The staff are very unprofessional and unreliable

We have reported a problem in our home and having lots of troubles for the agency to help us. Jodie, The person who represents them finds excuses not to spend money on reliable solutions and we are left in the property with 3 children without basic necessities like hot water and heating! Avoid!!!!

Had a pretty bad experience after interacting with the letting advisors in Haslams.They are not at all professional and very rude.Need to learn more about customer service while interacting with clients. Hope I could get in touch with someone who would be more professional and helpful.

Haslams is a terrible agent, and in fact the worst agent that I have ever met in my life. The staff never do anything to help their clients. DO NOT CHOOSE HASLAMS AS YOUR AGENT. As a new tenant, I discovered a lot of problems in my apartment. I tried to ask Haslams to help me fIx them, but the staff were totally unhelpful and lazy. They either ignored my emails, or simply told me that "we are working on it" but of course they never fixed anything afterwards. Even though I kept calling them and chasing them, their answers are still the same: "we are working on it", "we are contacting the landlord", etc, and then the staff disappeared again. We were just abandoned.
