Haslams are a fraudster agency that will try to rip you off with fees. Stay away from them if possible. If you can't avoid them, please don't use their recommended contractors to clean you property in the end of the tenancy. As bizarre as this might seem, you wouldn't believe the stain their recommended contractors left in our carpet, when the carpet was perfectly clean before. Also, be aware that they will try asking for a receipt of the cleaning when all you need is to clean it to a professional standard.
