Kyle came to my house to value it, and explained the benefits of going with Karl Tater. I considered his and other estate agents' valuations etc, and decided to go with his. Kyle returned a couple of days later to take photos, and within two hours of him doing so the house was for sale online. Olivia from the office phoned me to introduce herself, and arranged for my first viewing for five days later, where the buyer put in an offer of the asking price which I accepted. Kyle and Olivia have both been brilliant.

Both Jo And Jack were very attentive during the process of selling my late mother's property. They met twice at the property to consider different strategies for obtaining a sale in which has proved to be a tricky 12 months for house buying. Jack has liaised closely with myself and provided timely updates about prospective purchasers.

Amy from the Prenton office worked tirelessly to secure a buyer for our house which in this current climate was an amazing achievement. She was always so positive, cheerful and upbeat and I felt she was working so hard for us to secure the sale.
