Karl Tatler Estate Agents - Prenton

The estate agents I have dealt with have been professional and helpful.

Karl Tatler are absolutely brilliant. They are always easy to contact, they do what they say the are going to do and they have the nicest people working for them. Totally recommended.

Scarlett has been amazing and got our sale through smoothly. Scarlett was extremely helpful and answered and questions/queries we had! Would definitely recommend!

Huge thank you to Jack and the rest of the team at Prenton Karl Tatler for all their work promoting and managing the sale of my Aunt’s flat. Latterly I have been talking to Lucy and was able to thank her in person, but I wanted to express my thanks to the whole team.

All staff at Karl Tatler have been great, especially Octavia, Lydia and Ben. Lydia in the Greasby branch has been brilliant at finding us the right home. Ben has been so helpful and supportive in helping us get our mortgage. Octavia in the Prenton branch has been really proactive and helpful when I was getting stressed over certain situations. Thanks guys, you've all be fab.

Melvin and Kyle. Amazing service from both of them. Great communication and staying in touch throughout. Made me feel at ease no pressure and completely honest. Very supportive and reassuring. Thank you. Zara

Octavia as our estate agent, and she was amazing. She was always available to answer any of our questions and went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. Octavia’s attention to detail was impressive—she thoroughly guided us through every step and even took the extra initiative to arrange quotes from surveyors on our behalf. Her dedication and professionalism made a world of difference, and we felt genuinely supported throughout. Highly recommended, a true asset to Karl Tatler.

No even on the market for a week before we had viewings booked and ended up with 4 offers. Managed to get 10 grand over asking price. Was thinking about doing it online as we though estate agents are a thing of the past. We would not of gotten such a great offer if it wasn't for Jack's knowledge and strategies. No words to describe how delighted we are.

My selling experience with karl tatler gas been fantastic. Great support from start to finish, highly recommend.
