Scarlett and Ed were great with helping buy my first house, along with everyone else at Karl Tatler

Excellent service from Scarlett and the rest of the team. We were kept well informed throughout the whole process and everything progressed smoothly

Very friendly and professional team driving the sale through - I could not have wished for a better experience. I had weekly phone updates on progress and the experts were on hand to guide and support all along the way - thank you to Tatlers, Prenton

Tatler Estate Agents have been very good in successfully selling my Property. I would like to thank Becky for the way she gave us advice and guidance. She is easy to chat with and a great property advisor.

We bought our first house with Karl Tatler in May 2024 then decided to put it up for sale with them in Jan 2026 and it sold within a week & we then purchased another house which was up with them too. The whole process with them has been amazing & would recommend them to everyone. Special thanks to Jack McCormick 😊 Hannah & Rob

First class professional service from start to finish. A great team at Prenton with exceptional customer service and knowledge of selling houses. From Octavia's first visit to value the house which was an emotional day through to Curtis' appointment planning and regular updates. I never had to chase for an update and I feel that's really important. Don't be tempted to go to cheaper agents as you just won't get the service. You won't be disappointed Thank you again for all your hard work in selling my house.

Karl Tatler is the real deal, professional, friendly and super helpful. Scarlett in particular is a stand out agent who made every step seamless and stress free. Thanks again for all your help, James

All the team at Karl Tatler have been very helpful throughout the sale of our property. Especially Suzanne Maher who has kept us informed at every stage, and has always been available to help with any questions we had. Will recommend.
