What can I say? Karl Tatler have been brilliant. I am a skeptic at heart, and very rarely leave reviews. However, the advice provided by staff have been brilliant. I would like to mention Elle Moss for her wonderful skills in helping me renting a property - she was professional, intelligent and well adapt to my questions. I have been shown many properties, yet this individual sold it to me, how she has not been given a promotion is beyond me. (I personally recommend she is given one). strictly professional, and always willing to go beyond the extra mile. This is rare, and I would recommend anyone who wished to rent, with Karl Tatler to do so, and if possible to ask for Elle Moss. I have just had an offer accepted on a house . I worked with Ellie and she was lovely, helped me organise my viewing around my night shifts and has been very happy to help no matter what. Ellie was lovely to work with and everyone at the office has been a delight when I have spoken to them.

I recently bought my first house and was supposed to post this review sooner but forgot to get around to it, But just wanted to say got amazing service from Karl Tatler especially Amy the estate agent I was working with, She is super friendly and organised and kept me up to date with the offer and when it was accepted and has great customer service skills and helped out with everything at the start also wanted to give some praise to the women that shown us the house on multiple requests sadly forgotten her name also to the sales progressor, Overall I had amazing service and super happy with my first home so would highly recommend using them to buy your home and sell it! Hands down the best estate agent in the wirral, The main thing is super professional throughout the process also right at the end I was able to collect my keys and also got a lovely card also they helped me with further enquiries instantly even after the sale! Keep up the great work I hope to work with them again in the future!

My family and I are so grateful for the Karl Tatlers team. Ellie and Ed made this experience so smooth and stressfree. Ed was the first person we spoke to and he was so friendly and really stood out as someome who knows what hes doing. I was then handed over to Ellie to discuss everything else and she really is a star. Ellie always kept me updated every step of the way, gave me and my family the reassurance we needed and is always very patient and understanding.
