Karl Tatler Estate Agents - Prenton

Jack & Christine were fantastic, achieved substantially over asking price and communication was great throughout. Highly recommend and worth every penny! Thanks both!

I have recently had my property go under offer with Karl Tatler and the service has been exceptional! Andrea and all of the team have been so helpful, professional and genuinely lovely. I highly recommend using Karl Tatler if you are considering selling your home!

Excellent service (and emotional support where necessary!) from Andrea and everyone I've encountered in viewing through to beginning purchase.

Rachel Evans has been an absolute superstar through what has been a very challenging sale process. We cannot express how much we have appreciated her support, professionalism and guidance. Thank you so much Rachel

Natasha as our sales Progressor was wonderful. Constantly moving things forward if they stalled. Calm kind and reassuring is how I would describe my dealings with her. Even ringing after completion to see how I felt. These things matter!

Just want to say thank you to Melvyn for helping us out, he really helped in regards to keeping us updated with everything which helped with us getting an offer accepted on a property so a big thank you to Melvyn

Great Communication from Amy and her Team. I wouldn't hesitate to Recommend Karl Tatler. 5 Star Amy

Great experience with Olivia from Karl Tattler Estate Agents. She keeps me informed at every step and has agreed a sale within days of the house going on the market. Really impressive.

Fantastic service from Octavia in the sales team to obtain me a sale (subject to contract). I have been extremely happy with KT and their team, but particularly the communication and information from Octavia.
