All staff at Karl Tatler have been great, especially Octavia, Lydia and Ben. Lydia in the Greasby branch has been brilliant at finding us the right home. Ben has been so helpful and supportive in helping us get our mortgage. Octavia in the Prenton branch has been really proactive and helpful when I was getting stressed over certain situations.
