Myself and my partner Karen recently had the great fortune of having the fantastic Christine Billington from the Sales Progression Team handle our New Brighton purchase. What a woman! Chris was our rock who sorted out everything we asked her to and was so reliable. If it wasn't for her assistance we could easily have lost out on our dream cottage due to solicitor error and delays. Tatlers are very fortunate to have a gem like Chris.

Absolutely brilliant. We only decided to move a month ago and here we are, memo of sales and purchases flying around and solicitors talking! Unbelievable. Joe took pictures on the Monday, we were on Right move on the Tuesday ... following that we had a deluge of interest. Amy was brilliant, making appointments, juggling everyone's needs. Lots of viewings, couple of offers. Anyway, proof of the pudding in the tasting and all that...sale is going through already! Great stuff. Possibly a little bit more expensive than other estate agents but, from my experience, worth every penny...moving house is stressful enough, a few extra quid to take the edge off is money well spent...

We were very happy with our experience with Karl Tatler, particularly Octavia who handled our case. She was constantly securing us house viewings and providing us with valuable feedback. She also managed to secure the price that we wanted for our property after an initial lower offer and we are extremely grateful for her attentiveness and determination to achieve our sale.

Big shout out to Matt who showed us around a house last week. Me and my partner was blown away with his professionalism. Matt has been the first person to actually try and sell us a house, he knew all the ins and out about the property and it didn’t go unnoticed that he loved his job. We have no doubt that Matt will do well with in the sales industry. Olivia also has been amazing from the start, always informing us about new properties on the market and always on the phone when we had questions.

We could not be more grateful for the support and professionalism that we received from the team at Karl Tatler especially our assigned agent Jack McCormick. Selling and buying property is stressful but this has not been our experience due to the fact that Jack has been there every step of the way. Always there to support us every step of the way.

Great service. Property only on sale 10 days and 2 offers made. This is due to the proactiveness and efficiency of the friendly, helpful staff in the Prenton office, in particular Octavia. Nothing was too much trouble, lines of communication excellent, made the whole process very smooth and trouble ftee. Thank you Prenton staff, especially Octavia who has been so professional, courteous and a joy to deal with.

Myself and my partner have just completed on a house with yourselves (Cambridge road) and I just wanted to send you some feedback about our experience and how we got the house! Long story short, we had an offer accepted on a property with your bebington branch, St Andrews road, so we were ready for a pretty big project! It fell through and I received a call from Jack McCormick asking me what I was looking for and admittedly I really hate the emails / calls from estate agents as I have always found them quite annoying! I reluctantly told Jack what I was looking for and said I’m okay looking for myself but he sent me over some properties to look at anyway (we were looking for Reno properties 150-200k which we could put 30/40k into and make 50k+ so not easy to come by) Jack sent us a few which I kept rejecting saying it wasn’t what we were looking for, and he continued to look for us, and sent us over Cambridge road which was £100k above our budget, but said he really thinks we should view it as it’s a really good opportunity! (We never would have looked at a house in this range so we never would have come across it) Even my partner said what’s the point we aren’t looking at that price range but we did anyway off his recommendation and the fact he was taking his time to look into a property right for us and we fell in love with it the second we seen it! We both walked out of the property and said it was so refreshing viewing a house with an agent who actually knew what he was talking about and was genuinely interested in the house! From start to finish Jack was available to us whenever we requested a visit or wanted any info and having dealt with many different estate agents and even various agents within KT, (I’ve sold my houses with you twice and bought once) we genuinely haven’t dealt with anybody as good as Jack, so we just wanted to make sure we acknowledge his hard work and send our Thanks as without his persistence and genuine interest we would never have viewed / bought this property!

Octavia oversaw the sale of our house. She booked 6 viewings within the first week and managed to get us a full asking price offer within 2 weeks of our house being on the market. I'm not always easy to get hold of working shifts, but if I couldn't answer she always left a voicemail or email to keep me up to date. Everything has gone really smoothly, and she's now passed us on to the sales progression team with us accepting an offer on our house. She's been brilliant for us from start to finish, thanks Octavia!

Karl Tatler - Absolutely amazing State Agency Since I am looking for a house I feel very supported by the staff members I want to emphasise that Cloe’s help and the willingness to find us a perfect house are exceptional I woul say are beyond of usual expectations I know we did not found the house yet but I think I should leave some feedback here for what has been done so far - thank you

I am a Landlord and use Karl Tatler to manage my property, as i am based overseas I am heavily dependent on communication and updated from the managing agent - Lauren Carleton has been fantastic with providing me with regular updates, inspections reports and pictures and is very responsive. I also had a list of works that needed to be carried out and Lauren arranged for quotes and for the work to be completed timely which was fantastic. I wish I had appointed Karl Tatler earlier having had a bad experience with a prior agent.
