No even on the market for a week before we had viewings booked and ended up with 4 offers. Managed to get 10 grand over asking price. Was thinking about doing it online as we though estate agents are a thing of the past. We would not of gotten such a great offer if it wasn't for Jack's knowledge and strategies. No words to describe how delighted we are.
