Karl Tatler Estate Agents are a joy to deal with. I chose them to put my house one the market and Becky made the transition seamless, from getting it valued to sold. Excellent customer service, with good communication and responsiveness from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Scarlett at the Prenton office of Karl Tatler provided an excellent level of customer service and was a great help to me with the sale of my house.

Had great service with Rebecca from the viewing to negotiations. Her expertise in property is fantastic and customer service is great! Would highly recommend

As a first-time seller of property I am so grateful to the team at Karl Tatler in Prenton, Wirral who sold the property within a few days. I was extremely impressed with the exceptional communication skills, professionalism and responsiveness of all the staff, particularly Octavia Parsons and Di Savager who was my main contact from start to finish and went above and beyond to make the process seamless. Thank you Di for your guidance and support.

People are often quick to leave a negative review however a bit slower when they have a good experiance. I have dealt with quite a few agents throughout the last 2/3 years in the search for a property and can safely say that Karl Tatler were the most professional and the easiest to deal with. I dealt mostly with Scarlett and she was so patient and always willing to help. I appreciate she was probably busy a lot in office but nothing was ever too much to ask. I spoke to others a few times too and in general everyone was brilliant.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Karl Tatler for all your help with the purchase of my new home. As a first experience with your agency, I found you to be professional, approachable, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. You made everything feel straightforward and stress-free, I really appreciate the support and communication along the way. I mostly Dealt with Jack and Curtis who were both brilliant and really helpful and Sue an Abbey were also lovely and helpful on the viewings too Thanks again for all your hard work — it’s been a pleasure dealing with you.

Amazed by the dedication of the staff and the speed they got appointments sorted for viewing the property we were selling. Smooth from the moment they came to look at the property, to taking the pictures and marketing it. House went on the market on the Tuesday and had an appropriate offer in on Thursday. Really would recommend this company if you are thinking of selling.

Scarlett at the Prenton Office was so helpful throughout my process of buying my property. Lovely touch of a new home card, key box and keyring :)

Great team and service from the Prenton office. Especially from Scarlett who was so responsive to any questions and requests. Made the sale of my property seamless. Would highly recommend to anyone selling their property.
