With great communication when arranging viewings for me. As a whole all of the staff have been extremely helpful including Lesley who did the follow up of the sale. I would highly recommend Karl Tatler, I unfortunately sold my house with Yopa (basically they're a DIY service) but fortunately I bought my new house with Karl Tatler and liaised with the most wonderful Christine Billington. Christine kept me informed every step of the way and went the extra mile for everyone involved in the sale.
