Initially were very good a few years ago. Lately absolutely terrible. 1. They did not inspections for months on end. Only when we had a leak was the property inspected after I made a point of this. By this time it was too late. Ceiling collapsed and left with a big repair bill. 2.. Tenant contacted them re the above but late action on their part meant damage was done. 3. Not an active agent even though fee is paid. Our rooms have been not filled and therefore am resorting to changing agent. I tried to discuss this with them and was advised by Michelle I would receive a call back but none received. i hope my feedback helps other landlords when deciding on which company to choose.
