Having given Belvoir an initially negative review on here, I am now pleased to say that the experience has improved massively and thus the revised rating of 4 star. After initial problems dealing with more junior staff my purchase has been assigned to Lottie who is an absolute professional. She is quick to repond, highly knowledgable (even in areas outside of her remit such as conveyancing process which is super helpful), and keeps me in the loop at all times. Agents were usually prompt in fixing any issue. Company could've been a bit better about passing information between ourselves and the landlord, but overall service was good.

The agent I deal with is excellent, informative, helpful and professional. Belvoir in general should have more options for the choice of sub contractor to ensure good value.

Belvoir Letting has been managing my property since 2004. There have been many ups and downs but I have chosen to stay with it. Lottie Hostead (Director of Sales & Lettings) has been exceptional during a very difficult period for me. She was resourceful, diligent and professional, from communicated effectively with the referencing company to going to court on my behalf. Good job Lottie and thank you. Recently apply to rent a flat with Belvoir. Kayleigh followed our process and she did a spectacular job. Great support and communication throughout. Edit: gave 5 star in the beginning, but the process of leaving the flat could have been managed better.
