Afraid I can’t recommend letting through Belvoir. Received regular payments from Tenants so no problems in that regard. Property left in poor state - dirty and damaged walls which they said were damaged before tenancy ( not the case ) , wouldn’t recommend Belvoir at all. Communication non existent with letting team.
