Bradley Pearce has been just amazing, He has been to hell and back again this past few weeks to get my sale through. We have had so many problems thrown at us and he has on my behalf been relentless getting answers from some not so professional people. I can not fault him in any way. We found the purchase of our new house with Brad at Curchods a very easy process, when we initially wanted to view the property a couple of times, he worked around our timings and on one occasion with very short notice made a viewing possible.. From the start the service I received was totally professional and a refreshing change from the previous agents we had been with and who had annoyingly wasted some 3 months of our time. The whole team evaluated our house to make sure they completely understood the features it offered and how it would meet the requirements of potential buyers. Within a week we had been inundated with viewings and agreed a sale exactly 7 days after going on the market with them. Our buyers encountered several issue during the process of selling their flat but the team worked tirelessly with their agents and solicitors to ensure the sale was successful. I whole heartedly recommend using Curchods

Great service from Phill, Spencer and Alex in selling our house. Always available on the phone to talk through things. They kept on top of the sale with weekly updates all the way through. We used their recommend solicitors Clifton Ingram who's price was competitive but found difficult to contact by phone, no problem with emails. We also used their in-house mortgage broker, Tony who charged £500 to set up a mortgage, he was great for general advice although in the end we didn't end up with the best deal available and he was really pushing expensive life insurance with high commission, but it could be all brokers all do that now.

Esme and the team were especially helpful with the sale of my late grandmothers home. We were very happy handing the house over to them to show and their communication regarding feedback from possible buyers was very useful.

On the whole, I received an excellent service from Curchods. My 4 star review simply reflects that advice, offered I'm sure with the best intentions, given on the pricing of my property fell a little short and could have cost me £20-25K, however, I kept to a price that felt right given the current market and the first viewer offered full asking price. I can recommend Shoosmiths the second conveyancer suggested by Curchods. However, this was after going against my instincts about going with Curchods' first recommendation, AVrillo, who did not offer a 'no completion no fee' clause so I would potentially be subject to fees even if the sale did not complete for whatever reason. Joe and Phil are absolutely delightful and I cannot fault them for their support and professionalism throughout the sale. A very efficient team.
