Sam's energy, competence and always positive approach reassured me throughout what is a difficult process. It's difficult because of folk getting unrealistic expectations in what is essentially a methodical, time consuming process. I do not envy the task but Sam with Jonathan brought forth a successful outcome. The staff not directly involved , Phill and Sue, were helpful and friendly, I have no doubt the whole team is professional and competent.
Reply from Curchods Ottershaw: Dear Alan, thank you so much for your very kind review, which was greatly appreciated. I do hope you are enjoying life in your new location and home and we all wish both you and Barbara the very best for the future. Many thanks again.
