The branch in Ottershaw who dealt with my sale, were very helpful, knowledgeable about market values for our area, and always followed up with proper advice from viewings. They gave me excellent service, and provided me with a great deal of comfort and understanding of my particular circumstances. The sale went through, for me, in a straightforward manner and the solicitors, they advised me to use, were also excellent and competitive. The charge for the service was competitive with other agents in the area. I would most definitely recommend this branch.

Dealing with Curchods on our recent house purchase was fantastic. We dealt with Sarah initially in the Ottershaw branch, who after we missed out on one house suggested another that fitted our brief. We fell in love with it immediately following a viewing with Phill - and every step of the way they were extremely responsive and informative. Picking up the keys on the move day was an absolutely joy. We would definitely look at working with Curchods on future house moves!

An excellent experience all round. Joe, Jonathan, Phil and the team were very professional but also friendly and pragmatic. They had our home sold within a week, achieving a price we were very pleased with. They then saw us safely through to completion.
