We recently acquired a property via Curchods Ottershaw and though we had some quirks during the process, we can't fault the service we received throughout. Jonathan was our main contact, and he's been very professional, responsive, helpful, transparent and personable. Always available to answer our questions and very proactive as well with regular updates, information and communication between the seller and us which made things easier. Worth noting that he also has a great sense of humour and I think it's much needed in situations like buying a house, which can be quite stressful as it is.
