Didn't choose any of their properties in the end to rent, but all the staff were very polite and not pushy when it came to deciding. Dom was especially belpful. Will consider using them next year as most of the house were really nice.
Was very difficult to get in contact to arrange a signing, many days of calling and leaving messages with no follow up from Humphries. But once we got through Maddie was friendly and helpful answering our questions.

Our new student house with Nicholas Humphreys had a fair amount of dust, cobwebs, and a previous tentants sock. After consulting this with the agency, they told us the house was 'completely habitable'. This seemed as though they were disregarding the situation. Responses from them have been taking longer than 10 days, with follow up emails needed to get a response. EDIT: After 27 days from the initial email, our issue was resolved swiftly by another team member, who sent a clear and satisfactory update on the changes made. NEW EDIT: took 3 months to get a working oven It seems that the lack of communication was the main issue.
