Nicholas Humphreys provided a truly splendid service in helping my friends and I find our second year university house in Lenton (UNAYY), both Dominic and Emily were fantastic. Everything was completed efficiently and effectively. I would therefore wholeheartedly recommend using the chaps at Nicholas Humphreys.

Just to say a HUGE Thank You to Dominic and more recently Emily who have helped me for the last 2 years with my houses. When sorting out my first house, Dom walked me through the process and I ended up getting a great house that everyone was pleased with. Any problems (including losing keys on a night out :D ) were sorted out straight away, usually the same day, so I can't rate them enough. When switching over properties this year Emily was better than perfect. The whole process only took a couple of days and the new house was sorted. Sorting out picking up the keys when i moved in this week only needed a text and she was straight round. Couldn't be more pleased with the company and will definitely be using them in the future. Keep the good work up!

Having just purchased my first property through Nicholas humphreys I highly recommend them. Throughout the whole experience with Kevin Laban at the Nottingham branch, I have been guided through the process swiftly and any queries were dealt with ASAP. Often I would send an email for an update outside of normal office hours but Kevin would take the time to update me, even if this was beyond the closing time of their office. I would highly recommend to others and potentially look forward to using their services once again in the future!

Had a couple of problems with how the previous tenants had left the property, the Nicholas Humphreys team were straight on it. Dan and Jon, were particularly helpful (and easy to talk to), and had everything sorted straight away. Would definitely recommend them to anyone, much better than any of other estate agents I have used Nottingham.

Brilliant estate agents! Sorted any issues with our house so quickly. Dom, Emily, Dan, Jon, Joe were all helpful throughout the two years I was a tenant in their properties. They were brilliant with deposits and making me and housemates feel welcome as soon as we moved in. Great property portfolio and a great team in general! Will from Nicholas Humphreys looked after us well during our tenancy in a student let in Lenton, resolving any (rare) issues promptly. We had an issue at the end with Tenancy Deposit Scheme at the end which was a shame but all was good otherwise!

They are incredibly helpful and so easy to get in contact with, workers are lovely and always happy to help. They're in constant contact with the landlord which is great so there's always back and forth feedback given.
