Had a very positive experience with Nicolas Humphreys. We were initially shown around by a lovely, enthusiastic gentleman (I believe his name was Toby) who assured us that Nicolas Humphreys was a reliable letting agent- This was important to use because we had been messed around in the past by other student letting agents. When we encounter problems, Nicolas Humphreys have always got back to us and assigned workmen when needed.

Nice friendly service, assisted us with everything that we needed. About one million times better than purple frog which was the letting agency we used for our second year house. Very happy with Nicholas Humphreys would recommend and use again.

We had several issues with the landlord changing our move in date but Maddie always responded quickly and efficiently and reassured me throughout the process. Herself and Jodie have been wonderful in getting us moved in as soon as possible and ensuring it was as smooth as they could make it.
