I rent a house from Nicholas Humphrey in Nottingham for two years, and never had a problem during that period. It was a bit tricky I had to provide an English guarantor since I'm not English though, maybe this could be considered differently. It was also weird to me that different contractors could come in while I was not in the place, that's something I found intrusive and that maybe could be done differently. On the other hand, my property manager, Madeleine Griffith, did a very good job, she was very reactive if I was having a problem at the property and always try to find the best way to work things out, I really appreciate that!

Living with Nicholas Humphreys this year and dealing with Amber as our property manager. She has been nothing but helpful and has dealt with every issue we've had and sorted it out for us. We have kept in regular contact and I've received excellent service.
