responsive, professional, flexible, trustworthy

Raphael let my flatmates and me our most recent property. He was very flexible and prompt in setting up viewings, accommodating our different schedules. He helped us negotiate our desired move in date, and was most professional, responsive with all paperwork. His level of professionalism and services far surpassed those agents I've dealt with in the past, and I can confidently recommend his services to other tenants.

Raphael made our move quick, easy & painless. He was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with!

Thank you Raphael!! I can honestly say you were the easiest agent to deal with when looking for a place to live. And having moved 4 times now since I've come to London, that is saying a lot! You got us all the necessary paperwork first thing the next morning, expedited any questions or concerns we had, and were extremely flexible with timing on when to meet us and show the home not one but three times. Thanks again!!

exceiient service

I had the good fortune to choose Houseman properties. The team of Raphel & Emma Phillips. They were very friendly and very informative regarding my legal and financial obligations to renting a flat. Everything was taken care of with the minimum of fuss and inconvenience. The tenant was fully vetted to ensure a trouble free rental. Excellent Agent

Excellent and professional all round service

Professional, friendly and efficient

Houseman Properties (lettings)

I have been using Houseman Properties for the last three years. I have found them to be very thorough, efficient and very helpful and whenever I have a problem, nothing is too much when it comes to helping me sorting it out. Excellent customer service!

From the first contact made, Mr Phillips was the most helpful and informative agent I have ever met. He suggested a different property that would be more suitable for my family's needs and ensured that all the administration and check in and check out at the end was all running smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Houseman Properties to anyone requiring those services. All their staff go above and beyond the call of dury, I got a lot of the referencing replies well into the evening.
