Excellent service at all times

Having had the unenviable task of leaving my family home I found Rahpael to be a god send through out the process of renting, sonething I hadn't done since my university days some 20 years ago! He ensured that this transition was relatively painless and I was really looked after throughout, something that was really appreciated.

Reply from Houseman Properties: Thank you for the excellent review. You have been straightforward to deal with, all the require information came through in a timely fashion and with a very pleasant manner. Emma and I wish you all the best in your new home.

I wanted to write personally to express my thanks on a job well done. You and your team at Houseman Properties have provided us with a high quality, hassle free and expert service managing our flat and tenants. When our last tenants recently gave notice to move out you were on the phone to us quickly to explain the situation, putting our minds at ease that everything was under control. Always true to your word you were able to find new high quality tenants within a couple of days and have all the required checks and references in place very quickly. Our input has been very minimal, all the hassle and stress was completely taken away, and importantly our income stream hasn’t been effected. Many thanks for all your guidance, help and support.

responsive, professional, flexible, trustworthy

Raphael let my flatmates and me our most recent property. He was very flexible and prompt in setting up viewings, accommodating our different schedules. He helped us negotiate our desired move in date, and was most professional, responsive with all paperwork. His level of professionalism and services far surpassed those agents I've dealt with in the past, and I can confidently recommend his services to other tenants.

Reply from Houseman Properties: Thank you very much for the positive testimonial. I think there should be a website where agents get to rate the tenants. Five stars for you. Excellent first impression. Turned up on time for the appointments. Great communication through out the referencing process. Supplied all documentation quickly with absolutely no messing about. We wish you happiness in your new home. Raphael & Emma

Raphael made our move quick, easy & painless. He was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with!

Thank you Raphael!! I can honestly say you were the easiest agent to deal with when looking for a place to live. And having moved 4 times now since I've come to London, that is saying a lot! You got us all the necessary paperwork first thing the next morning, expedited any questions or concerns we had, and were extremely flexible with timing on when to meet us and show the home not one but three times. Thanks again!!
