He suggested a different property that would be more suitable for my family's needs and ensured that all the administration and check in and check out at the end was all running smoothly. Being new landlords we needed expertise, guidance and a no-nonsense professional service we could reply upon. Raphael and his team at Houseman have delivered this and more. The flat was advertised late on a Friday afternoon, within two hours we had a number of good quality viewings booked and by the Monday we had a full price offer which we accepted. Less than a week later our new tenants were happily settled. It has been a great result, a very professional and efficient service all throughout the process with expert guidance on getting the flat ready for new tenants.
