Houseman Properties (lettings)

I have been using Houseman Properties for the last three years. I have found them to be very thorough, efficient and very helpful and whenever I have a problem, nothing is too much when it comes to helping me sorting it out. I would not use anyone else and have complete confidence in them and the services they provide. Mary Sidoli

Excellent customer service!

From the first contact made, Mr Phillips was the most helpful and informative agent I have ever met. He suggested a different property that would be more suitable for my family's needs and ensured that all the administration and check in and check out at the end was all running smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Houseman Properties to anyone requiring those services. All their staff go above and beyond the call of dury, I got a lot of the referencing replies well into the evening.

Excellent, professional, personal attention.

I would most definitely use Houseman again and recommend them. Another great thing is that they are accessible 7 days a week and very prompt.in replying.

Efficient and Quality Service

Houseman Properties have been highly reliable and prompt throughout the process of moving into our flat. They are always easily contactable, quick to respond and efficient with their service, beginning with the letting process and now as managing agents for the flat. Issues are addressed quickly and effectively, which has set an excellent tone for the beginning of our tenancy, Would recommend.

Concise and friendly estate agents, would use again!

Very pleasant renting experience

Fast and efficient, expert service

Being new landlords we needed expertise, guidance and a no-nonsense professional service we could reply upon. Raphael and his team at Houseman have delivered this and more. The flat was advertised late on a Friday afternoon, within two hours we had a number of good quality viewings booked and by the Monday we had a full price offer which we accepted. Less than a week later our new tenants were happily settled. It has been a great result, a very professional and efficient service all throughout the process with expert guidance on getting the flat ready for new tenants.
