Houseman Properties

Emma and Raphael thank you so much for helping us secure our recent tenancy! You've both been very accommodating, thorough and helpful throughout the whioe process, making what is usually a stressful time, easy. We fully recommend Houseman Properties to anyone looking for honest agents with high quality properties! Thanks again, Martyn and Vicky.

what a refreshing attitude!! Houseman Properties have changed my mind about estate agents .... great to work with and great results!

Amazing letting agent. Very efficient for the administrative procedures. I strongly recommend this company and particularly Raphael and Emma.

Raphael and Emma offer a service that you simply won't find on the high street. They are a personable team and take every care and effort to make sure that their customers are looked after. They don't miss a trick and their paperwork and legals are at the top! Their communication is excellent and they reassure you along the way. We had previously had a particularly tricky time with difficult tenants when we were with other managing agents and they advised us on many things and supported us during difficult times. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Houseman Properties to anyone looking for an agent to take real care and consideration for a rental property.

Family home

Raphael at Houseman was recommended to us. Certain estate agents seem to earn a reputation for maybe only being focused on their commission. Raphael was instrumental in managing the sale, getting the expected price rather than holding out for too long. More than this Raphael was brilliant as a go between and went above an beyond managing the emotional moving day and certain family members that needed more reassurance and a more patient approach. Happy to let him handle any future sales or rentals and will continue to recommend him to friends and family..

Property Sale

Thanks Raphael for the excellent service you and Emma gave us with our recent property sale. This is the second property that Houseman Properties has sold on our behalf. Would definitely recommend them for both selling and renting.

Great Professional Service!

Highly impressed with the service provided by Raphael and Emma and their immense support in helping us find the right property in Borehamwood on the very first viewing. All the paperwork and formalities were done quickly and professionally. All our questions were answered promptly and any issue reported was promptly taken care of. We highly recommend Houseman Properties if you are really looking for a stress-free tenancy!!

Professional Service

I would like to say how pleased I am with the excellent service given to me by Raphael and Emma. As a Landlord I need a professional and efficient Team working for me and they have certainly delivered on all counts. Always available and ready with advice if asked.

Thanks to Houseman Properties

Many thanks to the team at Houseman for their professional and caring approach to their work. They helped a client of mine and his family move into a rented 3 bed property and carried out the process in an organised and efficient manner. Many thanks Team Houseman.

Outstanding property service, Gold standard service.

Houseman property are one of a kind property agents, they are very casual but very professional. We just got looked after from day one when we came to view the apartment. You do not need to run back and forth from agents office, everything is done online at your convenience. Their communication is great and they take swift actions if their is any request from us. I have dealt with other agents in the past but they really change the whole meaning of property management. Ralph and Emma thank you for making our experience gold star.
