I had the good fortune to choose Houseman properties. The team of Raphel & Emma Phillips. They were very friendly and very informative regarding my legal and financial obligations to renting a flat. Everything was taken care of with the minimum of fuss and inconvenience. The tenant was fully vetted to ensure a trouble free rental. Excellent Agent

Excellent and professional all round service

Swift, helpful service.

Houseman Properties ensured moving in to my first rental unit was a very simple and hassle-free experience. I was supplied with comprehensive information regarding my new home. Professional, friendly and efficient

Houseman Properties were extremely helpful and efficient when we wanted to let out our flat. They ensured that all the i's were dotted and t's crossed in a pleasant manner leaving no issues unresolved to the satisfaction of tenant and landlord alike.

Houseman Properties (lettings)

I have been using Houseman Properties for the last three years. I have found them to be very thorough, efficient and very helpful and whenever I have a problem, nothing is too much when it comes to helping me sorting it out. Excellent customer service!

From the first contact made, Mr Phillips was the most helpful and informative agent I have ever met. He suggested a different property that would be more suitable for my family's needs and ensured that all the administration and check in and check out at the end was all running smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Houseman Properties to anyone requiring those services. All their staff go above and beyond the call of dury, I got a lot of the referencing replies well into the evening.

Efficient and Quality Service

Houseman Properties have been highly reliable and prompt throughout the process of moving into our flat. They are always easily contactable, quick to respond and efficient with their service, beginning with the letting process and now as managing agents for the flat. Issues are addressed quickly and effectively, which has set an excellent tone for the beginning of our tenancy, Would recommend.
