Houseman Properties

Friendly and Attentive

Renting from Raphael was a breeze. He was very friendly and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed every step of the way. Now that we have moved in we are extremely happy with the upkeep and cleanliness of the property. We would highly recommend renting from Houseman Properties.

Helpful, friendly,efficient

From the moment we contacted Houseman we felt we were in safe hands. We hadn't rented before so were full of questions. All were answered promptly and patiently, giving us confidence to proceed. A pleasure to deal with.

Raphael Phillips: Professional, Reliable, Accessible, Efficient and Trustworthy

Raphael and his spouse Emma form a formidable team. We contacted them very quickly after Raphael placed an add for an apartment online and we saw the whole process through in a short period of time. Raphael considered us seriously and gave us a true chance even though at the time of expressing our interest in renting the apartment, I was a non-UK, non-EU citizen in the process of obtaining a UK work visa and both my girlfriend and I were living abroad. We were able to secure the apartment thanks to Raphael clearly laying out all requirements in due course.

Professional and friendly letting agent

We have recently rented a flat via Houseman and in all our dealings with Raphael and Emma found them both to be extremely helpful, friendly and professional at all times. Raphael even met us at the property on a Sunday morning when we emailed that very morning to ask on the off chance if he could let us in to show my daughter as we were in the area. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for letting services. Kind regards, James and Silvia

Renting a two bedroom flat from Houseman properties

Houseman properties have been wonderful. As far as estate agents go they are by far the most helpful and professional I have come across. I am very pleased to be renting my two bedroom flat from them and know that I can always depend on them If I ever need anything or have any problems. They are very efficient and fast acting! I really appreciate all they have done for me and am very happy as a tenant in my property.

Super efficient, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Houseman Properties :-)

Raphael and Emma were a delight to do business with. Super efficient, helpful, friendly and professional, they made the whole experience of finding and securing a (lovely) property very easy. We are delighted with our new rental property and have no hesitation in highly recommending Houseman Properties. Many thanks Raphael and Emma :-)

Raphael and Emma offer a service that you simply won't find on the high street. They are a personable team and take every care and effort to make sure that their customers are looked after. They don't miss a trick and their paperwork and legals are at the top! Their communication is excellent and they reassure you along the way. We had previously had a particularly tricky time with difficult tenants when we were with other managing agents and they advised us on many things and supported us during difficult times. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Houseman Properties to anyone looking for an agent to take real care and consideration for a rental property.

Very pleased to deal with Raphael.

Raphael is our agent. Helped us get a flat and get through all the process which usually is a hassle. Thx to him it was quite easy. Always replies quickly to any emails which again is a rare, positive expierence. It is my first time I feel like a valuable customer to the letting agent rather then walking- talking money :) wish all the agents are like that. Recommend

Fantastic service and lovely people to do business with.

Raphael and his team have been fantastic throughout the entire process of renting out our family home. Neither my husband nor I have ever been landlords before and Raphael helped us negotiate the minefield of legal requirements, advertising the property, managing viewings and selecting tenants with good humour, patience and incredible knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble, no question too silly and Raphael was on hand at all times to help. Whatever services he couldn't provide, he knew someone who could and from the cleaner to the inventory clark, everyone Raphael has sent to us has been honest, friendly and reasonably priced. Thank you so much for all your help. We highly recommend Housemann Properties.
