I have came across many estate agents, however, Rahpael and Emma totally different from what we have encountered in the past. Professionals that are providing excellent service in a timely manner. Happy with the choice. Thank you both. Constantin & Cristina
Really experienced company, I felt completely safe in their hands - second to none service
What a fantastic company. Delivered when they said they would.
Extremely professional and, somewhat unusually in this industry, people who are positive, proactive and focussed on the right outcome for both landlord and tenant. Wish there were more like this! Highly recommended!
I can fully recommend Houseman properties in every single way. They have changed my mind regarding Estate agents. I was so impressed by the whole team, you would be foolish to go elsewhere.
What wonderful, professional service. Only took 4 days to sell my property, excellent advice and support throughout the whole selling process. The Best Estate Agent ever. I can not praise them enough. Highly recommend.
My brother and I would like to thank you both, for your help professionalism and advice in what has been a very stressful time regarding our Mother. We can't believe that in the space of one week, her property was put on the market on Wednesday, and by the following Wednesday it was occupied, everything in place. It has certainly taken a huge weight off our shoulders, and we are glad that we have let you manage the property We would have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and family, should the occasion arise. Once again, a very big thank you. Laurence and Martin Harris
We were recommended Raphael and Emma from a friend and they are experienced, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. We are very new to renting out a place, and on top of that we are overseas landlords. Housemans have made everything exceptionally easy for us; from pre-vetting every possible tenant to ensure that time is not wasted, to not only knowing the solution to any problem but arranging for it to be fixed. The online system they use makes it easy to stay updated and keep track. I would recommend Houseman Properties highly to anyone looking for an agent
