We are more than happy with the attentive help and service we have received from all the staff of Houseman Properties. Would reccomend them to anyone.
Raphael has been very helpful through the entire process of finding a property to rent, related paperwork, follow-ups, moving in. He is a thorough professional, and has provided us timely updates about the renting. Raphael has gone out of his way to help us sort out a problem with the alarm system in the rental property in the middle of the night. He is quick to respond to issues, and promptly gets in touch with the relevant contractors/agencies to fix any reported problems. I strongly recommend Raphael..
Raphael and Emma Phillips are an excellent team and take the headache out of renting your property out. I have rented my flat out for the past 7 years and four of those have been stress free because I found Houseman Properties to take over the management. They provide a personal service and no request is big enough. I thank my lucky stars to have found them.
Always goes the extra mile. Answers and responds to any concerns immediately. And always smiling!
When we about to move, again and realise that there is a massive property shottage and on top of all no of the agents had fitt our reqiments.Yes OUR reqiments ,agents need you to fit theirs and nothing else maters. However when we contacted Houseman my perception and the way i see agents now has hanged. When visited office for a vieving i meet friendly staff, they talk me trough and answered all questions. We had a pleasure to meet Raphael who leed all the way, from viewing till getting key. Well no much to add as only, WELL DONE guys and thank you for your professional approach. I recommend Houseman Properties to all who look for these own four walls. Kind regards Piotr J.
