We rented a property managed by Raphael and Emma Phillips at Houseman Properties for two years. Our experience with Raphael and Emma was fantastic. They were very helpful and efficient when going through the various stages that led to our signing the rental agreement. They were easily reachable once we had moved into the apartment. They were responsive when we raised issues with the apartment. They organised repairs in a time-sensitive manner when needed. They agreed to a number of reasonable requests that we made in terms of replacing old furniture and acquiring new and needed furniture. Now that we have moved to a new place, I can say that Raphael and Emma acted in the same manner through the checkout process. They indicated the steps that we needed to comply with in order to retrieve our deposit and were courteous and responsive throughout the checkout process. All in all, dealing with Raphael and Emma was fantastic.
